I've known Cherie for a long time, she's an incredible personal trainer. I did my PT sessions with her and honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better. She’s so lovely, encouraging, and accommodating, always creating plans that are tailored to my goals and they work! The gym itself is amazing: it’s spacious, has excellent equipment, and is open 24/7, which is super convenient. The staff are all friendly and welcoming, and there’s great parking too. I couldn’t recommend this gym enough. Whether you're just starting out or a regular gym goer, this is the place to be!

Training with Belinda has boosted my confidence with weight training and improved my physical and mental strength. The gym is ladies-only, spacious, and well-equipped. Free weekly classes (like Pilates) are a great bonus - they do get busy, but that just shows how popular they are. Highly recommend the PT group and the gym overall. I love it here 🧘🏻‍♀️🩷💪🏼
