I joined this gym back in 2022 and have only fallen in love with the place more! The atmosphere is unmatched and the owner Cherie is so friendly. Highly Recommend! I joined this gym at the start of 2024 and I have loved it! The atmosphere in the gym is unmatched- everyone is extremely friendly! Cherie (the owner) runs some of the classes which are super helpful in getting you used to all the equipment & learning new things. The gym is never over crowded or busy which is amazing having previously been to oversubscribed gyms! Women’s only makes this gym less intimidating & makes you feel comfortable when trying new workouts! I’ve been a member since January 2024. I wanted a gym I could feel relaxed in and at home. I suffer from anxiety so this to me was everything… to find somewhere I could develop my confidence with the machines. The girls are friendly and helpful, I feel I could go to Cherie with anything fitness related and everything would be explained. It’s a lovely place to train and I’m so glad I found it. Really enjoy going here , lovely ladies and for me have the best equipment. A great varied of classes everyday which is an added bonus . I am extremely satisfied with the services provided by Em. She has been an incredible source of motivation and support throughout the beginning of my fitness journey. Her expertise and knowledge in the field are helping me to achieve my fitness goals faster than I could have imagined.

Not only is she highly skilled in designing personalised workout routines, but she also has a great understanding of my strengths and limitations. She consistently tailors the exercises to suit my needs, ensuring that I am always challenged without risking injury.

Her positive and encouraging attitude is instrumental in keeping me motivated, even on days when I feel tired or demotivated. She always pushes me to give my best, and her belief in my abilities is helping me overcome many obstacles along the way.

Furthermore, Em is always punctual, professional, and well-prepared for our sessions. She is attentive to my needs and takes the time to explain the proper form and technique for each exercise.

When I moved to Derby I was looking for a personal trainer and a gym that I could attend, that wasn't full of men hogging the squat racks!
I love this gym! Its a lovely atmosphere, I feel safe going at anytime of the day.
The personal trainers are brilliant, the workouts are never boring, always something different and challenging, which creates fast results!

I am so happy I joined this gym!
I have been doing PT sessions with Emilia who is friendly and has great knowledge. She has giving me so much confidence in myself and using the gym equipment. She always has a smile on her face and is such a lovely, positive person! She will always message me after each session to check up on me and tell me I’m doing a great job!
I’ve been seeing great results from my sessions with Emilia and can’t be any happier as I feel stronger after every session!
I’m so happy that I chose this gym.
